Every formulation has been developed carefully, tested repeatedly, and refined until both the function and the flavour was signed off by multiple people in our production process. We have invested deeply in getting this right because women deserve products that genuinely support daily life.

That said, we understand that purchasing online requires trust. If you try your product and it genuinely is not for you (up to 14 days), we will refund you. 

How It Works

1. Use your product properly
We ask that you try it a few times and experience it as intended before deciding. 

2. Not right for you?
If you decide it is not right for you, complete the return form below within 14 days of receiving your order. We will respond with next steps to return your product.

3. Receive your refund or credit
Once your return is reviewed and deemed eligible, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or provide a store credit of equal value, depending on your preference.

Our intention is to make this process straightforward and fair.

If it is not the right fit for you, we would rather you feel confident having tried it than disappointed in your decision.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure this Happiness Guarantee policy remains fair and sustainable, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Returned products must contain more than half of the original product remaining in order to qualify for a refund.

  • Returns must include the order number and the email address used to place the order.

  • The official return form must be completed in full.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Once a returned product has been assessed and deemed eligible, we will issue either a refund or store credit for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.

  • Unflavoured products are not eligible under the Happiness Guarantee.

Lama Wellness reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this policy at any time, and to decline returns in cases of misuse.

Faulty or Damaged Products

While every order is carefully packed before leaving our Brisbane warehouse, if your product arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve this quickly, we ask that you complete the return form or email us at hello@lamawellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

Once reviewed, and if the product is deemed faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, including any associated shipping. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law.
