Orders placed before 5pm (AEST) leave our Brisbane warehouse same day. Orders placed after 5pm will ship the next business day. As will orders placed over the weekend and during QLD public holidays.

We may be able to catch your order if you email us at hello@lamawellness.com.au. If it's already left, you can request a redirect via your Australia Post MyPost app if it's still in transit. They may delay the delivery timelines.

All orders are sent via the Australia Post Express network. Most major cities will receive their order next day. Allow 2-3 days for regional and WA delivery addresses.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is packed and sent.
