At 152 mg per serve, sodium supports fluid absorption without the higher sodium loads that can contribute to bloating or gastrointestinal discomfort. Mix 1 teaspoon (5g) into 400 - 600mL of water. It will dissolve almost instantly, only a light stir is required. If you prefer a more subtle flavour, dilute in more water.
